Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Belden Prosoft MV156-HART parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bobst products, including obsoleted and phased-out Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Biotest product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bobst such as the 41731R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BRFHBCHMBRGT1A1CFRGF41 manufactured by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics and we are pleased to be able to service most Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 942300 by Manufacturer Biotest as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bender Brand IR145Y423 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Blh such as U3G2 equipment made by Blh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Blh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Blh" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 41733U made by Bobst as well as the popular 30180801 original spares produced by Berger-Lahr

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1945796 by Boll--Kirch and U3G2 spares by Blh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
